Charities

This includes:

• registering new charities with the Charities Service and obtaining confirmation of charitable tax status;

• incorporating trust boards under the Charitable Trust Act;

• advising charitable trustees on their obligations, duties and responsibilities; and

• advising on the interpretation of charitable trust deeds.
