Juliet Moses

Juliet Moses is a highly skilled and trusted adviser having built a reputation for understanding client-family dynamics, while recognising and respecting each family member's objectives, needs, interests and values.
Juliet provides advice on all legal issues relating to trusts as well as on estate planning, relationship property, estates, and wills. She regularly works with trustees, beneficiaries and other stakeholders, advising them on their rights and obligations, as well as acting as a trustee.
Juliet is a regular chair and presenter of seminars and author of articles on issues arising in those areas. She regularly speaks at New Zealand Law Society and Auckland District Law Society Inc conferences, and at STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) events, as well as being quoted in the media on such issues. Juliet is the chair of the STEP education committee and a recipient of the STEP Founder’s Award for Outstanding Achievement.
Juliet is Honorary Solicitor to the Auckland Chevra Kadisha Benevolent Society and Trust Board, and to the Aorangi Club. She is also actively involved in community organisations in other ways. Among other things, she is a trustee of the Astor Foundation, working to maintain a peaceful and harmonious society in New Zealand and addressing issues arising from extremism and religious and ethnic hatred. Aimee has extensive experience in advising individuals, families, family offices and trustee companies on the establishment, restructure, management and administration of trusts and other family wealth structures.
Aimee is dual qualified as a solicitor in New Zealand and in England and Wales. She started her career at TGT in 2006 before moving overseas in 2011. Before returning to New Zealand and TGT Legal in 2020, she was a partner at a private client law firm in London where she specialised in wealth and succession planning for domestic and international entrepreneurs and families.
Aimee is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and is also qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor (UK). She is a member of the Auckland District Law Society Trust Law Committee and regularly presents on topical issues in trust law. -

Stephen had extensive experience as corporate lawyer before transitioning to being a trust lawyer at TGT.
Stephen now specialises exclusively in providing advice on legal issues relating to trusts, general estate planning, relationship property, estates, and wills. He regularly works with trustees, beneficiaries, and their advisers, advising them on their rights and obligations.
His corporate, commercial experience underpins the practical advice he can provide as a trust lawyer on long term succession issues to business families and those holding long term legacy assets. Gregory Ambler

Greg is a specialist in succession law, including estate planning, the establishment and administration of trusts and charitable entities, relationship property, and domestic and international estates. He also has a special interest in the law of mental capacity and adult decision-making.
Greg is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a member of the Family Law Section and the Association of Psychiatry, Psychology and Law, and a contributor to Bloomsbury’s International Estate Succession.

Prior to joining TGT Legal and graduating from law school, Henry worked as a litigation assistant to support litigators with a wide range of civil, criminal, and family matters at a different firm. His experience remains helpful when contentious matters arise.
