TGT core values

With the assistance of executive coach, Shanel Winning, every team member had an opportunity to propose and discuss what we believe to be the core values of TGT.

This process resulted in a new statement summarising the values we endeavour to demonstrate in our work, and the kind of culture we want to create and maintain together.
